Voddie Baucham said that “the gospel is about much more than how we get saved and go to heaven. The gospel is about the work of Christ saturating every aspect of our lives”. He is absolutely right, the gospel is a message not only of eternal life, but one that encompasses the total plan of God to redeem people from the ravages of sin, death, Satan, and the curse that now covers the earth. In order to walk worthy of the gospel, we must remember our citizenship is in heaven. The kingdom of God should rule over every area of our life. The gospel should penetrate our choices and decisions we make. Baucham is right the work of Christ should regulator how we do family, how we vote, how we do church.
